Alongside many movie theaters in San Jose we are following the suggestions of the Health Officer of Santa Clara which will help us to welcome audiences back.

All queues for screening blocks will be outside, there will be no lines inside the theater.

All patrons, including children attending the San Jose International Short Film Festival screening blocks (regardless of vaccination status) must wear masks over their nose and mouth at all times while inside the venue – masked may be removed while eating or drinking inside the auditorium.

Additionally, we will provide additional hand sanitizer stations and provide masks upon request.

All high-touch and concession areas are cleaned frequently and thoroughly. Restrooms are sanitized at least every 30 minutes. Auditorium seats are carefully cleaned before every movie.

In addition, auditoriums are disinfected each morning using pressurized sprayer equipment to reach all seats, armrests, tables, footrests and cup holders. This fast-drying and non-toxic method allows us to thoroughly and evenly apply products identified by the EPA to be effective in eliminating COVID-19.

Updated health orders available here: https://covid19.sccgov.org/public-health-order-faq and info on Cinemark’s re-opening protocols can be found here: https://www.cinemark.com/faqs/reopening-faq

We can’t wait to have you safely back in our seats!
